In 2010 HELP added a new feature to the MAD Ride – a Pastor’s Challenge. It was a huge success! The local pastors challenged each other to raise money for the HELP Ministry by obtaining sponsorships for their participation in the MAD Ride. In the first year alone the pastors’ sponsorship totaled $5,824. As enthusiasm for the challenge grew in subsequent years, so did the amount raised. In 2014 the pastors raised $26,329!
The winning pastor gets to display the trophy pictured on the right for a year until the next Pastor’s Challenge.
